Rep Kin – Terms of Service

Welcome to Rep Kin. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before shopping with us.

1. About Us

Rep Kin is a print-on-demand apparel brand. Every product is printed and manufactured specifically for you after you place an order, through our production and fulfillment partner. Because of this custom nature, some standard e-commerce terms (like instant cancellations or no-questions-asked returns) don't apply the same way they would to off-the-shelf products.

2. Order Placement & Accuracy

When you place an order, you're responsible for providing accurate information — including your shipping address, phone number, size, and design/customization details.
We are not responsible for delayed or lost deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Please double-check your size using our Size Chart before ordering — printing tolerance of ±0.5 inch is standard for apparel and is not considered a defect.

3. Order Processing & Cancellations

Once an order is placed and enters production, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as printing begins almost immediately.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — for example, due to payment failure, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms. If this happens on a prepaid order, you will be refunded in full.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped through third-party courier/shipping partners.
Estimated delivery timelines will be shared at checkout or via order confirmation, but these are estimates and not guarantees, as delays can occur due to courier or logistics issues beyond our control.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return/replacement is due to an error on our part.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer COD on eligible orders.
If a COD order is refused at the doorstep or not accepted after delivery attempts, it will be marked Return to Origin (RTO) and sent back to us.
Repeated refusals of COD orders may result in restrictions on placing future COD orders with us.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Since our products are custom-printed, we do not accept returns for reasons like wrong size ordered or change of mind.
We do accept replacement requests for misprinted, damaged, or defective items, provided you contact us within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing video and photos as proof.
Refunds are issued only in confirmed cases of defect or fulfillment error on our part, and are credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

7. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on our website are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We accept prepaid payments (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery, where eligible.
We reserve the right to change product pricing at any time without prior notice; however, the price you paid at the time of order confirmation will remain unaffected.

8. Product Representation

We try our best to display accurate colors, prints, and sizing information on our website. However, slight variations in color may occur due to screen display settings, lighting during photography, or minor printing/manufacturing tolerances.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, graphics, and content on this website are the property of Rep Kin and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

10. Account Responsibility

If you create an account with us, you're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
Please notify us immediately at hello@repkin.in if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

Rep Kin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, beyond the value of the order itself.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our policies or operations. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
